NY Consulate
Monday, 7/31/2006 I checked with the Consulate and they received the visa application package. They promise that there is sufficient time to process the application. Keep in mind that they have our passports...no passports...no travel. Finally on Wednesday the FEDEX package arrives with our passports...what a relief!
